Checking our phones, tablets, and laptops has become second nature for most of us, and mindless scrolling can affect the way you sleep at night.

The Challenge:

Take a tip from Arianna Huffington and tuck your phone into bed at night. This week, try to put your electronics to bed before you start to settle in for the night. A good practice is 2 hours before bedtime. Instead of staring at a screen, pick up a book or listen to a podcast.
