Add foods with the following vitamins to your diet this week in addition to using a daily sunscreen.
- Vitamin A: Eggs, cheese, butter, and tuna fish, carrots, spinach, and broccoli
- Vitamin C: Lemons, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, acerola cherries, sea buckthorn, peppers, potatoes, and fennel
- Vitamin E: Sunflower and avocado oil, whole grain products, and nuts like walnuts and almonds
