According to the American Heart Association, adults should strive for two 3.5-ounce servings of fish each week. Oily fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that have anti-inflammatory effects that might help counter the hardening and narrowing of arteries that can lead to a heart attack.

The Challenge:

Plan two meals this week with one of these fish: salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, lake trout, herring or sardines. Try it baked, broiled, or steamed - not fried!
