Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is the easiest way to keep your online accounts from getting hacked.

It's a service that sends you an email or text message with a code you have to input in addition to your normal password to access your account.

While it may seem inconvenient, it helps keep your accounts secure because if someone is trying to hack your account, they won't have access to that code. Plus, if you get a text or email code without requesting it, you'll know that someone is trying to access the account without your consent.

The challenge: Add two-factor authentication to all of your accounts, but particularly your financial accounts such as: bank accounts, credit card accounts, Venmo, PayPal, and more.
