Adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet is always a good thing, but sometimes it is easy to fall into routines and eat the same thing over and over again which can get boring.

The Challenge:

Next time you go to the grocery store or farmers market, pick up a fruit or vegetable that you have never cooked with before.

If you're at the farmer's market, speak to the farmer about how to prepare it or do a quick Google search when you get home from the store to learn more about the fruit / vegetable. This is a great way to keep variety in your diet while also getting an extra serving of fruits and vegetables!
