Winter is ending, and we're all ready to get outside. Being stuck indoors when warm weather is calling can easily lead to "spring fever," or even Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Following some simple guidelines can help most people keep the spring-time blues at bay:

  • Write down a list of fun things you want to do or get started this spring. Be creative - what can you do indoors or online?
  • Pace yourself. Just because flowers seem to sprout and bloom overnight doesn't mean the transition in your routine needs to happen as quickly. Give yourself time to adjust.
  • Try something new. Whether it's writing down a list of what you're grateful for or learning a new hobby, now's a great time to branch out!
