Airbo was founded by Vlad Gyster in 2011 based on a simple idea: HR communications should feel like the technology employees love in their personal lives.

For over eight years, Airbo has been at the forefront of adapting concepts from Silicon Valley to drive engagement in benefits, wellness, and other HR programs. Our platform takes concepts from gamification, mobile, and social media and adapts them to the realities of complex benefit messaging and hard-to-reach populations for employees of all generations.
